A reasonable level of fitness,  and following safety  procedures are a requirement.

To bring:

Swimwear  and footwear (either  sneakers, outdoor or trekking shoes). There are also shower possibilities, so here you need to bring your own towel.

 

Equipment provided by us:

Wetsuit neoprene jacket, life jacket, helmet and  neoprene shoes. Coach transfer to and from the station is included.
